Residential Development
Design

Residential Development is an area where land is utilized to build residential properties that include single-family housing, multi-family housing, and mobile homes. At LandDesign Consulting, Inc., we specialize in the development of small and large subdivisions based on jurisdictional land use and zoning laws. Civil Engineering

The LandDesign Consulting Team works together across a wide gamut of engineering services. The goals of the civil engineering team are to create effective, state-of-the-art, and hands-on engineering designs for our clients. From commencement to completion, the civil engineering team implements expertise to deliver specialized designs for the satisfaction of our clients goals. Our team of experts utilizes leading-edge practices and technology in compliance with local, state and national set standards, policies, and measures. LandDesign Consulting, Inc. offers an extensive range of engineering services.
